Early life
Onweagba grew up in the suburbs of Lagos, Nigeria with her two brothers and sisters. She is the daughter of a civil servant father and mother who was a nurse. When Onweagba was 16 years old, she won the "Face Of Africa" contest. In August 2005, she married her longtime companion, Italian fashion designer Luca Orlandi. Onweagba's first name comes from the Igbo language and means "God's Work". Read more.....

In what may appear as a significant break through for the Nigerian music industry, P-Square and MI were rated in the list of nominees for the 2010
BET Award which was released during the week.
Stella born in Kenya, but moved to Norway as a 4-year old. In 2006, she
released an EP with some famous Kenyan guest artists, and became
the best female newcomer in Kenya. Her songs is used on many TV
series and movies like “American Pie”, “Save the Last Dance 2”, “CSI
New York” and “Ghost Whisperer”.

Nigerian-born hiphop artist JJC and fans celebrated the UK's Black
History Month with the release of a new single and music video titled
"We Are Africans." This militant anthem calls for unity among people
of African descent, with JJC and his crew, Big Brovas, shouting out to
the continent and the diaspora. "As long as you've got black in your
skin, say it loud, say it proud: you are African!"
